DUE TO PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, WEATHER CONDITIONS, STRIKES ETC., THE DELIVERY MAY TAKE UPTO TWO WEEKS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER. YOUR PATIENCE IN THIS REGARD WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED. OUR STAFF WILL KEEP YOU POSTED ABOUT YOUR ORDER.

• Free shipping on all orders over PKR 5000
• PKR 200 delivery charges will apply on orders below PKR 5000
• Statutory holidays may add an extra day to delivery times.
• Deliveries are made on business days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Courier delivers parcels between 9am to 5pm. 
• Our shipping partners include PostEx, TCS, Call Courier, FastEx.
• When sending to more than one destination, separate orders must be placed.
• If there is not a secure place for package delivery, you can choose to have a package delivered to your place of business. Please use the company name in the ‘Address 1’ field.
• All parcels originate from our dispatch warehouse in Lahore.
• Our warehouse address is in DHA Phase 5 Lahore,Pakistan.
